Diversity of talent is one of the most important components of our corporate culture, and hiring a diverse workforce reflects our long-standing philosophy of placing the right people in the right positions. Compared with the previous year, there have been no significant changes or seasonal variations. Through a well-established internal organizational structure and implementation of HR policies, as of the end of 2024, the Company employed 4,477 staff members. We provide internal training programs and overseas rotation opportunities, focusing on promoting outstanding talent from within, demonstrating our transparent and well-structured internal promotion system.

At our Vietnam operations, there are 399 middle management personnel, of whom 373 are Vietnamese nationals, representing 93.48% of local hires. As the automotive components industry is both labor- and technology-intensive, nearly 90% of our workforce consists of technical personnel. In 2024, the Company did not encounter any incidents of human rights violations, child labor, forced labor, or infringement upon Indigenous peoples.
