Honesty is a core value in the Company’s business operations. We regard our suppliers as important partners and aim to pursue sustainable business development and growth through mutually beneficial partnerships. The Company actively upholds integrity and ethical values, strengthens corporate governance and risk management, and fosters a corporate culture of honesty to enhance sound business management. To ensure the implementation of honest and ethical business practices, the Company has established an Integrity Promotion Unit under the Group’s Board of Directors.
This unit is responsible for implementing the Company’s integrity policies and preventive measures, which are periodically audited and continuously monitored by the Board’s internal audit personnel to ensure proper execution and improvement. We have established robust systems and organizational structures to enhance work efficiency and improve productivity. The Company has formulated “Work Regulations” and conducts business in accordance with the principles of fairness, honesty, trustworthiness, and transparency. These regulations ensure the effective implementation of integrity policies and proactively prevent unethical behavior, providing clear guidelines for employees to follow in the performance of their duties.

The Operation of the Company Whistle-blowing System and the Effectiveness of Honest Management
The Company conducts anti-corruption risk assessments for procurement processes and major transactions, upholding the highest standards of business ethics and strictly prohibiting bribery and any form of fraudulent behavior. The assessment results did not reveal any anomalies. The Company has established multiple reporting channels, including internal email, external email, and SMS reporting (audit@vpic1.com.vn), requiring employees and suppliers involved in suspected improper conduct to proactively declare and clarify their actions. Employees whose reports are verified as accurate are eligible for rewards. The Head of Internal Audit reports to the independent directors during each Audit Committee meeting, providing updates on the execution of internal audits and the operation of internal controls. Communication and feedback procedures clearly assign responsibility to relevant managers to maintain the confidentiality of all parties involved. Whistleblowers are protected throughout the process and will not face any disciplinary action for reporting. If misconduct is verified, the Company will impose strict penalties on the unlawful behavior.
Promote Prevention of Insider Trading
The Company shall send information on prevention of insider trading (by written document or Email) to the competent authorities within two months and at least once a year when the new director and manager take office. Staff members participate in an annual regular monthly meeting to promote ethical business practices. The content includes introducing significant cases of insider trading, explaining what insider trading is, as well as the legal responsibilities and penalties associated with insider trading.

The Company conducts business activities based on the principles of fairness, honesty, integrity, and transparency. Upon joining the Company, employees are provided with a Code of Conduct that clearly outlines matters to be observed while performing their duties. This is further reinforced through dedicated training sessions, actively preventing dishonest or unethical behavior. Currently, there is no anti-corruption communication directed at suppliers; however, this will be included in future anti-corruption awareness initiatives.
