The Company also cultivates safety awareness and promotes comprehensive health care, establishing a safe and healthy working environment to prevent occupational accidents and illnesses.

The Company also cultivates safety awareness and promotes comprehensive health care, establishing a safe and healthy working environment to prevent occupational accidents and illnesseThe Company has a medical office staffed with nine full-time healthcare professionals, providing comprehensive medical services to all employees, including health promotion, consultations, first aid training, food poisoning drills, and preliminary diagnoses. In Vietnam, general and specialized health examinations are conducted in accordance with local regulations, including checks for noise and toluene exposure hazards. In 2024, a total of 6,188 regular health check-ups were conducted for employees, and 742 specialized medical examinations were performed. Non-employee personnel are covered by their contractors’ employers. In the reporting year, neither the Company nor any contractors reported employee fatalities due to work-related deterioration of physical or mental health. Results of Specialized Medical Examinations
During specialized medical examinations, 61 employees were found to have hearing impairments. The medical office arranged professional follow-up examinations and notified the Safety Office and respective departments to coordinate job adjustments, ensuring that employees receive proper care.
The Company encourages employees to engage in recreational activities after work. At the VPIC1 facility in Vietnam, a football field is available, and employees frequently participate in friendly matches after working hours. In 2024, the Company organized men’s and women’s football tournaments to further promote health awareness among employees. Moving forward, the Company aims to continue advancing toward an exemplary healthy workplace.

Men’s and Women’s Football Match
The 13th Men’s Football Tournament was held with great enthusiasm, featuring 21 teams. From March 16 to May 24, 2024, a total of 53 matches were played, ultimately determining the champion, runner-up, and third place. Each match attracted numerous employees to cheer on the teams. The competition fully demonstrated team spirit and created a motivating atmosphere within the company. The 6th Women’s Football Tournament took place from March 30 to May 24, 2024, with 13 teams participating. After 23 matches, the champions, runner-ups, and third-place winners were determined. The performance of the female players on the field was just as impressive as the men’s, with each match drawing many employees to support the teams.

Employee Talent Show Competition
The labor union organized an employee talent show competition. After a month of intense preliminary rounds, 15 teams advanced to the finals. On the evening of December 6, the teams performed in front of nearly a thousand employees in attendance. Both group dance and singing performances were delivered at a professional level.

Maternity Protection Program
In Vietnam, there is no specific leave for unpaid parental leave, but in compliance of the Article 139 of Labor Law, female workers are entitled to six months of maternity leave before and after childbirth, with no more than two months before childbirth. In 2024, a total of 80 female employees were eligible for maternity leave during the year.
