● The Company has been deeply rooted in Vietnam for over 20 years, leveraging local cultural characteristics for effective management and establishing a strong presence in overseas markets. At the same time, the Company utilizes its corporate influence to help improve the lives of local communities in Vietnam, such as organizing charity fairs with proceeds allocated to emergency relief funds for Vietnamese employees, charitable activities, providing bicycles for underprivileged children, supporting impoverished families, and disaster relief efforts.● To help alleviate extreme poverty in Vietnam.
● To assist in reducing the number of impoverished people in Vietnam across all age groups

● The Company has established a comprehensive training program for employee career development, enabling employees to perform their current roles while acquiring the necessary skills for future promotions. The training is categorized into pre-job Training, Pre-job Professional Training, on-the-job Training (Including for Senior Managers), and professional technical Training.
● We actively cultivate technical talent and conduct regular educational training both inside and outside the factory to enhance the overall quality of our workforce. In 2024, a total of 94,273 training hours were completed, with an average of 21.06 hours per employee.
● We assisted 17 impoverished students by providing them with scholarships, donating a total of 27.5 million Vietnamese Dong.
● To eliminate gender inequality in education and ensuring access to education and vocational training for all classes.

● In Vietnam, there is no specific leave for unpaid parental leave, but in compliance of the Article 139 of Labor Law, female workers are entitled to six months of maternity leave before and after childbirth, with no more than two months before childbirth. ● In 2024, a total of 80 female employees were eligible for maternity leave during the year.
● In 2024, the Company conducted human rights awareness training for employees, totaling 1,452 hours, with 1,217 new and existing employees completing the training (1,217 participant-sessions). Moving forward, we will continue to focus on human rights protection, promote related educational programs, raise awareness, and reduce the likelihood of associated risks.
● To eliminate all forms of discrimination against women everywhere.

● The Company’s wastewater is treated through treatment equipment to meet Grade B standards before being discharged to the factory’s wastewater treatment plant. In 2024, a total of 171,672 tons of wastewater were treated to Grade B standard.
● In 2024, a total of 20,210 tons of wastewater was recycled.
● To improve water quality, reduce pollution, eliminate garbage dumping, minimize the release of toxic chemicals and hazardous materials, and reduce the proportion of untreated wastewater.
● Due to changes in operational activities following the lifting of COVID-19 restrictions, 2023 was set as the baseline year. The Company aims to reduce electricity consumption by 7% annually.
● To ensure the continuous improvement and effective implementation of the ISO 50001 energy management system, the Company obtained ISO 50001:2018 certification from the third-party certification body BSI in August 2024. We implement various preventive measures to fulfill our energy management commitments to customers.

● Talent diversity is one of the most important components of corporate culture. Employing a diverse workforce has long been a core principle of the Company’s philosophy of placing the right people in the right positions.

● Building on a strong foundation in various metal processing techniques, the Company continues to develop and, through referrals from existing international clients, expands into global metal processing markets to increase market reach and customer base.
● In 2024, the Company researched and updated various mold and metal processing technologies to shorten new product development timelines and reduce defect rates in mass production. This gradually enhanced new product development capabilities and technical expertise. Depending on operational conditions, the Company maintained a certain level of growth to secure its position in the increasingly competitive automotive and medical device markets.
● To promote inclusion and sustainable industrialization, significantly increasing employment rates.
● To upgrade infrastructure using clean and environmentally friendly technologies and industrial processes.
● In accordance with the “Hazard and Risk Assessment Procedure,” the Company regularly identifies occupational hazards and conducts risk assessments. Potential health and safety hazards in various operational activities, products, and service processes are proactively and continuously evaluated. In 2024, the Company identified 15 high-risk items (including elevator/hoist cable or chain breakage, collisions, brake hooks contacting cables/chains, crush injuries, electric shocks, and mold/spring/part ejections), 62 medium-risk items, and 17 low-risk items. Through this process, safety and health risks and opportunities were assessed, with the aim of achieving zero workplace accidents.
● In 2024, we conducted an environmental monitoring on noises, respirable dusts, carbon monoxide, carbon dioxide, xylene, toluene, brightness, humidity, temperature, etc. by measuring 767 samples; among them, 618 samples of noises, respirable dusts, oxygen, carbon dioxide, xylene, toluene, brightness, humidity and temperature met the standards, and 47 noise samples, 13 brightness samples, and 89 temperature samples failed to meet the standards. The Company immediately improved lighting and ventilation, while also strictly requiring employees to use earplugs as per regulations to reduce the impact of noise.  The Company provides employees with earplugs and earmuffs and conducts regular special health check-ups to ensure that employees receive proper care.
● In 2024, a total of 6,188 general health check-ups and 742 special health check-ups were conducted for the Company’s employees. Non-employee personnel are covered by their respective contractors. In that year, neither the Company nor any of its contractors reported any cases of employee death due to work-related physical or mental health deterioration.
● To address waste management, the Company starts with the concept of reduction, followed by classification and recycling, and finally disposal. Relevant policies have been established for the recycling of water, electricity, and raw materials. In accordance with ISO 14001 requirements, the Company sets plans, targets, and implementation measures, which are also disclosed on the corporate website.
● To minimize harmful impacts on the environment, including managing hazardous gases and waste.
● In accordance with international regulations, customer requirements, and environmental trends, the Company cataloged and managed 236 chemicals used in 2024.
● The Company complies with government regulations and pays recycling and disposal fees in accordance with waste management laws. Waste generated from the Company’s operations primarily includes wastewater and waste liquids from the coating production line. The Company’s waste disposal contractors are supervised, managed, and audited through document review procedures.
● To manage chemicals and waste in an environmental manner to reduce adverse impacts on human health and the environment.
● To significantly reduce waste generation through prevention, reduction, recycling, and reuse.
● The Group has established a Sustainability Committee and a Risk Committee. The Sustainability Committee is responsible for formulating sustainability policies, systems, or related management guidelines, as well as concrete implementation plans. It holds meetings at least once per quarter to report on the execution, monitoring, review, and revision of corporate sustainability initiatives. The Risk Committee is responsible for reviewing risk management policies, frameworks, major risk management strategies, and reports on significant risk issues, as well as supervising improvement mechanisms. It regularly reports to the Board of Directors on the implementation of risk management measures.
● Climate change is incorporated into risk management topics, and at least two meetings are held annually to report to the Risk Management Committee.
● The Group’s Board of Directors is responsible for approving sustainability policies, systems, related management guidelines, and concrete implementation plans. It also approves risk management policies, procedures, and frameworks to ensure alignment between operational strategy and risk management policies, establish appropriate risk management mechanisms and culture, oversee and ensure the effective operation of the overall risk management system, and allocate sufficient and appropriate resources to ensure effective risk management.

● The number of employees in Vietnam meets the legal requirements. In accordance with local labor laws, the VPIC1 Union or labor-management meetings have been established to facilitate smooth communication channels for employee opinions. All employees (100%) are members of the VPIC1 Union, and 100% of Vietnamese employees are covered by collective agreements signed by labor representatives. The Union Chair serves as the labor representative, and the management, supervisors, and union hold regular meetings to fully communicate and discuss employee concerns.● To reduce various forms of violence and mortality.
