In response to global climate change and to reduce the negative impact on the environment, the Company evaluates suppliers’ Sustainable in three areas: quality and price, environmental protection, and labor and human rights.
Quality and Price
- We regularly review the quality, delivery and sustainability of our suppliers and require them to continuously improve the quality of their deliveries to meet the the Company’s requirements.
- Suppliers are expected to conduct all transactions faithfully, without harming the Company’s interests or reputation, and must commit not to engage in any transfer of benefits with the Company’s employees or their relatives and friends. The Company has established a dedicated hotline and email for complaints, allowing suppliers to provide timely feedback and ensuring their rights and interests are protected.
- Preference is given to suppliers who have passed ISO 9001 certification when evaluating suppliers.
Environmental Protection
- Management of hazardous substances: In response to international environmental regulations and company policies, the Company implements measures to prevent hazardous substances from entering products, aiming to protect the environment and minimize impacts on ecosystems.
- Pollution prevention: Suppliers should reduce unnecessary resource consumption and waste generation by improving production processes, maintaining equipment, conserving natural resources, and implementing material recycling and reuse.
- Waste Cleaning Vendor Qualification: Qualified to clean up waste disposal license.
- The supplier should obtain the environmental permits, approvals and registration documents required by law.
- Energy and Carbon Reduction: Suppliers should minimize energy and resource consumption and greenhouse gas emissions.
Labor Rights
- Prohibition of Child Labor: Supplier shall ensure that employees are employed at an age that is required by local law to be of working age.
- Labor relations: The suppliers shall ensure that employees are paid no less than the minimum wage required by local law. The labor be on leave and shift system shall comply with the local legal requirements.
- Gender Equality and Respect for Human Rights: Suppliers shall prohibit all sexual harassment and discrimination in the workplace and shall not use race, gender, age, marital status, political affiliation or religious beliefs as criteria for the appointment, evaluation and promotion of employees.
